Cleminson, O.F., Sgt., 1944
In Argenta Gap War Cemetery, Ferrara, Italy, is the Commonwealth War Grave of 1488924 Sergeant Owen Frederick Cleminson, serving with the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, who died 26/09/1944.

Simon Glancey has submitted the following:

Sgt Cleminson was killed when Martin Baltimore V FW590 'Y' of 13 Squadron was lost on an armed reconnaissance mission over an area bounded by Savignano - Reggio - Mantova - Porto Garibaldi. It was shot down by flak, and seen to explode near Ferrara at 20.08 hours, with the loss of all four crew members.

He is remembered at Bedlington on B15.13
