Bullock, E., A/Smn., 1915
In Skew Bridge Cemetery is the Commonwealth War Grave of KP/320 Able Seaman Ernest Bullock, serving with the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve who died 4/6/1915.

Colin Boyd has submitted the following:

Ernest was born on March 18th 1892 and was working as an apprentice plater living at 51, Mitchell Street, Walker, Newcastle upon Tyne when he enlisted in the Northumberland Fusiliers on September 3rd 1914.

Following his transfer to the RNVR on September 10th 1914 Ernest served with the Anson Battalion in Gallipoli. Ernest died in Main Dressing Station, Dardanelles on June 4th 1915 following a bayonet wound to the thigh and abdomen.
