In Queens Cemetery, Bucquoy is the Commonwealth War Grave of 23008 Private George Norman Hedley, serving with the Lancashire Fusiliers who died 09/10/1915.

Soldiers Died in the Great War states that he was born at Hunwick and enlisted in Stockton. He had previously served in the G.S. Cavalry with service number 25988.
