Rev. David Youngson has submitted the following:
He was the son of Thomas Forster and Sarah Elizabeth Forster of 13 Lunt Street, Stockton on Tees. He drowned in the River Dwina on 28th May 1919 aged 21 and is buried in Panda Churchyard. He is remembered on a special memorial B44 (Kipling Headstone) in Archangel Allied Cemetery, Russian Federation.
Ernest William Forster is remembered in Norton on N68.02 and in Stockton on S138.18a page 20.
