St. Andrew’s Church, Main Road. In the nave.
Plaque approx. 1 foot 6 inches high x 2 feet wide set in moulded wood frame. There is a double line border. At centre top is a plain cross in red. Lettering is in Roman capitals. At the bottom is a statement in Gothic lower case.
