Memorial Description

Roll of Honour in plain wood frame 3 feet 8 inches high x 1 feet 8 inches wide in which the corners overlap and extend. The Roll itself is a standard illuminated purchased form, with a green border of laurel leaves, the words “Roll of Honour” above a Union flag inside a wreath, with the words “For King and Country” on a scroll.

At bottom left is another Union flag with leaves. Above the names is a hand-drawn ribboned scroll with two women’s names. The names are handwritten in a single column, in unkempt fashion, some with comments alongside, with a further seven in two columns at the bottom.
