Memorial Description
Window of single light in south wall. Half way down is the badge of the Royal Air Force. At the foot of the window is the dedication, formed by painting the background black and leaving the lettering clear.
Materials used
Hand made antique clear glass with coloured glass badge.
Inscription
In loving memory of Charles Milburn, Sgt R.A.F. who gave
his life in action over Germany 24th December 1943. This window
is erected by his parents, Charles and Jessie Milburn.

Notes
1. Sgt. Milburn was a member of the crew of Lancaster Mark III ED 913 UL-U2 of 576 Sqdn. which took off from Elsham Wolds in a raid on Berlin. All were killed except one, who was taken Prisoner, those who died were buried in the Berlin War Cemetery.
