Plaques unveiled 1st May 1920 by Mrs. Jeffrey of West Stanley and the organ opened by Mrs. W. Crewe of Monkseaton.

Memorial Description

Organ.
Above the console is a wood panel on which the dedication is painted. Some initials on the heading are in red, otherwise all are black, using upper and lower case Roman lettering.
The names of those who served are listed in five columns.
Another wood panel bears the names of those who died.
