Grounds.
Plaque with dome at centre top, on wood pattress which echoes its shape. There is a plain raised edge. At centre top is the Percy lion. The names are listed in three columns. The lettering is in raised copperplate upper and lower case

1. “After the Second World War the purchase of the ground was chosen as the war memorial and a limited liability company, Percy Park Memorial ground Ltd., was set-up. Following the purchase of the ground a memorial plaque was dedicated on 2nd April 1949 by Rev. H.P. Chappell, Vicar of Christ Church”.
