Roll of Honour in oak frame. At centre top is a cross in red with palm leaves on either side and a gold crown above, which is between the words "Roll of" and "Honour". The names are listed in 1˝·columns, with the remaining 1˝ columns left blank. The lettering is handwritten in ink, using block capitals.
