Plaque 1 foot 10 inches high x 2 feet 4 inches wide with extended corners, set on a pattress 1 foot 11 inches high x 2 feet 6 inches wide. There is a narrow carved border.
Names are listed in a single column using Roman capitals with the quotation in italics.

Brass plaque on oak pattress.
