Memorial Description

Plaque on wood pattress with a dome at centre top. There is a plain metal frame which bears a flower in each corner. At centre top is the badge of the Royal British Legion in half relief. The lettering is white, using Roman capitals throughout.
The words "and all hostilities since" has been added at a later date.
Below it are two frames each bearing three service medals.
