On the cornice of the panelling of the high altar.

Memorial Description
2 plaques, each 2 inches high x 1 foot 1 inch long. The dedication is in elaborate upper case lettering.
The memorial also includes a carved frieze above the present panelling in the apse.

Left hand plaque:
To the glory of God and in loving memory of
George Richardson Forster, Capt. 19th Batt. D.L.I.
Right hand plaque:
eldest son of W.B. and M.E. Forster of Springwell House
who gave his life at Ephey, France 25th August 1917
aged 23 years.
