Plaque, stained mahogany and varnished, 24 inches high x 36 inches wide with slightly curved top and bottom and a shelf at each side. The names are carved onto the centre panel using Roman capitals throughout.

1. The memorial was originally on display in the local social club, which was demolished to make way for a new road. It was stored in a shed, before a resident of the village decided to clean the memorial and have it mounted in the community room, its present location.
