Memorial Description
Plaque on wood pattress, 12 inches high x 20 inches wide. There is a single line border, culminating in a squared flower design incised in each corner. Lettering is in a blend of Roman and sans serif upper and lower case.

Brass on wood pattress.
Inscription
To the Glory of God and in loving memory of
William Clarke-Frost Bates,
for many years Chorister in this Church,
who fell in action in the Great War
5th September 1917, aged 36 years.
