Plaque in the form of a scroll.

White marble on dark marble pattress
Inscription
In loving memory of Gunner Tom Walton Seymour, R.G.A., beloved husband of Beatrice Seymour, and son of George and Mary Seymour, who fell in action in France, 4th October, 1917, aged 29 years.
“Peace, perfect peace”.
He was a deacon, choirmaster and S.S. teacher of this church.
