1. The building became St. Kilda’s youth club in the 1930s onward to 1960s; then in 1960s it became Jarrow Community Centre, with Jarrow Operatic Society upstairs. It was demolished about 1975 when new Jarrow Community Centre (which includes Jarrow Operatic Society) was opened in Cambrian Street in Jarrow
