Book of Remembrance in blue leather cover with embossed gold edge. The badge of the RNVR and the dates are embossed on the cover. Each page is calligraphed with the badge of the RNVR in blue at centre top in each. Names are listed in a single column on each page, the name in black and the ship in red.
