Memorial Description

Rose bowl of shallow wide shape with fluted design on black plinth. On the plinth is a plaque bearing the names in three columns, the lettering is in sans serif capitals with ranks in lower case.

Notes

1. The name "Rickcard" is spelt "Rickard" on the Roll of Honour A25.06.

2. Building with a gable-end porch and round window over. Closed by 1960 when a Methodist Church was built to the north, itself now demolished. Peter F Ryder, 2012, Nonconformist Chapels and Meeting Houses in Newcastle & North Tyneside.
