At a gathering of the workmen and officials of Messrs. J.T. Eltringham and Co.Ltd., Willington Quay, held in the Ingham Hall, South Shields, for the purpose of welcoming the men who have returned from the forces, Pte. H. Anderson was presented with a gold watch, in recognition of his having been awarded the Military Medal.
