"Daniel Bacon aged 25 years. Pte. 7th Batt. N.F. Alnwick, Choppington, Guide Post.
Died in 1st Northern General Hospital at 12.5am on the 9th.
After enquiries Coroner granted a Certificate stating No inquest necessary. Gassed at the seat of War."
