Morpeth Herald 08/10/1915 carries a brief obituary:
On Wednesday night a telegram was sent to Mr William Curry [sic], Stakeford Lane [Choppington], notifying the death from wounds of his son, Corporal [sic] Thomas Curry [sic]. Corporal Curry had been in France for several months, having enlisted in the Northumberland Fusiliers, on the outbreak of war.
Thomas Currey is remembered at Alnwick in A11.43 (Book of Remembrance 5 R.N.F. page 39) and as Curry, T. at Choppington on C36.01 and C36.02
