Morpeth Herald 14/12/1917 carries a brief obituary:

ROLL OF HONOUR

DAVISON [sic].- Reported missing on November 14th, 1916, now announced dead, aged 21 years, Lance-Corporal Thomas Davison [sic], 7th Northumberland Fusiliers, son of John and the late Ethel Davison [sic], Station Road, Ashington.
