In Ahmednagar Government Cemetery is the Commonwealth War Grave of 23/1111 Private Thomas Wallace, serving with the Northumberland Fusiliers who died 12/10/1918.

Margaret Allison reports that in 1911 his address was 156 Pont Street and that he was aged 44 years when he died.

He is remembered in Ashington on A17.01 (A17.27) and A17.43
