Irving, F., Pte., 1915
In Seaforth Cemetery, Cheddar Villa, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium, is the Commonwealth War Grave of 1365 Pte. Frederick Irving, serving with the 1st/7th Battalion Northumberland Fusiliers, who died 26/04/1915.

Morpeth Herald 18/06/1915 carries a brief obituary:
Mrs. Fred Irving, of 25 Kingswood Avenue, Newcastle, has received information that her husband, Private Fred Irving, 7th NF, was killed in action at Ypres, on April 26. Private Irving was a miner, and used to work at Ashington. He had only been married a few months.

Margaret Allison states that his father lived 96 Juliet Street, Ashington.
