She is listed as 'Died on Active Service' in Air Ministry Casualty Communiqué No. 90, Flight Magazine, November 20th 1941, page 370, and her death was registered at Ripon.

Margaret Henrietta Dixon is remembered at Berwick on B25.08

She is also remembered on a plaque at R.A.F. Elvington, York.
