In Bois-Guillaume Communal Cemetery Extension is the Commonwealth War Grave of 7450 Private William Pattison, serving with the King's Own Scottish Borderers who died 14/05/1917.

In Berwick upon Tweed Cemetery is a headstone which reads:

Wife of Thomas H. Pattison
Died 6th July 1865 aged 35 years.
Also of the above
Thomas H. Pattison
Died 11th March 1894, aged 70 years.
Also Mary daughter of the above
Thomas How and Mary Pattison
Died 11th March 1910 aged 32 years.
Also William Pattison K.O.S.B.
Son of the above, & husband of
Emily Pattison, killed in France
14th May 1917, aged 33 years
Interred in Bois Guillaume Cemetery
Also George son of the above
And Mary Pattison, who died at
Durban, South Africa, 18th July 1918
Aged 38 years.
Also the above Mary Pattison
Died 31st Dec. 1924, aged 81 years.

He is remembered in Berwick on B25.01, B25.08 and B25.15
