Morpeth Herald 11/06/1915 carries a brief obituary:
Official notification has been received by his parents, Mr and Mrs T. Hetherington, Alnwick Moor, that Private Henry Hetherington, their third son, had been killed in action on May 15th. Deceased, who leaves a widow and five young children, enlisted in the 7th Northumberland Fusiliers (first line) at the beginning of the war, and went out with his battalion to the front on April 20th.
