Pilot Officer Watts was serving with 405 Squadron. He was a crew member of Wellington II W5488 LQ-Bwhich took off from Pocklington on a mission to Duisberg. Four crew members, inc. P/Officer Watts were killed and are buried in Rheinberg War Cemeteryand two were taken prisoner.
