The headstone reads:

died June 7th 1890,
aged 50 years.
Also Norman,
son of the above
killed on active service
June 10th 1915
aged 32 years.
Sarah, wife of the above
Thomas Dixon
died Dec. 7th 1916,
aged 76 years.
Thomas Wm. Dixon
son the above
died Dec. 18th 1923,
aged 55 years.
