Brown, T., Pte., 11284, 1918
In Warlencourt British Cemetery is the Commonwealth War Grave of 11284 Private Thomas Brown, serving with the Northumberland Fusiliers who died 26/08/1918.

Ron Carson has provided the following:

Thomas was born at Newcastle upon Tyne and was the husband of Alice Marion (nee Ridley) whom he married at Newcastle in the fourth quarter of 1907. They lived at Hartford Colliery, although their address in the pension records state; 45 Bath Street, Newcastle. They had six children: Mabel Pattinson, 25th January 1904; George Edward, 31st July 1908; Mary Ann 19th October 1910; Alice Marion, 14th January 1912; Kate Margaret, 24th April 1914 and Thomas, 10th September 1917.

Thomas enlisted at Newcastle with the 12th/13th Battalion, Northumberland Fusiliers and was killed in action on the 26th August 1918.
