Henderson, P., Pt/Off., 1940
In Newcastle-upon-Tyne (West Road) Crematorium is the Commonwealth War Grave of 154768 Pilot Officer (Pilot) Peter Henderson, serving with the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve who died 26/04/1944.

The CWGC entry says he was a King's Scout. The Scout Roll of Honour 1939-45 states that he was a member of 33rd Newcastle upon Tyne Group and adds that he was killed in a flying accident.

He is remembered in Newcastle on NUT062 and in a Royal Air Force Roll of Honour page 56.
