The following is given in Northern Cyclist Battalion C Company Memoir

WOOD, Robert Cecil, 15 St. James Street, Newcastle-on-Tyne.

Enlisted N.C.B. October 9th, 1914. Battalion Bugler. Left Battalion on February 19th, 1917, for Army Cyclist Corps. Fought on Ypres Sector at St. Julien, Hollebeke and Paschendale.
