Coroner's Report No. 223, dated 3rd May 1915:

"Daniel McQuillan, 28 years, Private No. 304, 3rd Royal Scots: Records Office Hamilton N.B. 92 South Street, Bo'ness.

Died in 1st Northern General Hospital at 8pm on 1st.

After enquiries the Coroner granted a certificate. Injured at the seat of War."

Note CWGC spells his name McQuillian.
