Coroner's Report Number 427 Dated 16th November 1914:
"Walter William Stanley, 28 years. Rifleman 2nd Kings Royal Rifles, No 1 Back Vincent Street, Ladywood, Birmingham. Died in 1st Northern General Hospital on 15th.
After enquiries the Coroner granted a certificate. No inquest necessary. Inquest [sic] at the seat of war."
Note the CWGC gives date of death as 14th.
