Coroner's Report No. 271 dated 24th May 1917.

"Albert Bilton aged 31 years. Rifleman Nu 25269, 8th Rifle Brigade. Depot. Winchester. Home address. 25 Blenheim Road, Lenham, Thornton Heath, Surrey. Died in 1st Northern General Hospital at 5.45pm on 23rd.

After enquiries the Coroner granted a Certificate. No inquest necessary. Injured at seat of War."
