A.F. Brewster
Royal Artillery
29th November 1944 age 49.

In loving memory
of my dear husband.

Arthur Frederick was born on 1st June 1895, the son of Alfred William and Mary and husband of Louise of Walkergate.

His attestation was in 1939 and he served with the 72nd Field Regiment. The 1939 Register has Arthur and his wife living at 200 The Fossway, Thorne Terrace, Newcastle, along with their two children, Kenneth and Joyce. His occupation was a clerk in a heavy metal bar works.
