In Newcastle (St John Westgate & Elswick) Cemetery is the Commonwealth War Grave of:

J. Wilkinson
Royal Army Service Corps
1st July 1942, age 42.

Also his son James
died 18th January 1943, age 16.
Their memory is a keepsake.

James was born in the fourth quarter of 1900 at Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne, the son of Albert Edward and Isobel (nee Parkinson). James was the husband of Margaret (nee Thornton) whom he married in the second quarter of 1922 at Newcastle. The couple lived at 29 Gluehouse Lane, Elswick.
