Frederick was born in 1891 at Newcastle upon Tyne. According to the 1911 Census, he was living with his sister and family in Elswick and was working as a ‘kitchen porter’.
He married Hannah N. Darley in the first quarter of 1920 at Gateshead.
Frederick was transferred to 172nd Labour Corps (124080, Private). He died aged 30.
