G. Luscombe
The Royal Northumberland
Fusiliers
20th March 1941, age 27.

Till the last bugle sounds.

George was born at Newcastle upon Tyne in the fourth quarter of 1913 to Charles and Mary Ann (nee Wood), 30 Edgeware Road, Newcastle City Centre. He enlisted at Newcastle with the 2nd Battalion and is commemorated on the Army Roll of Honour, 1939-1945.
