1530 Corporal
T. Anderson
Royal Field Artillery
10th September 1915 age 20

Royal Victoria Infirmary The Coroner's Report number 410 dated 13th September 1915 states: "Thomas Anderson aged 20 Years. Corporal Farrier R.F.A. 32 Meansfield Street. Died in 1st N.G.H. at 9am on the 10th.

Deceased died from Endocarditis following blood poisoning set up by his having accidentally tore [sic] his thumb with a horse shoe nail,whilst shoeing a horse at Gosforth Park Camp on Tuesday 24th August 1915".
