Sgt W Hall (Service Number 1102753) of 10 Sqn, was lost in Handley Page Halifax II W1043 ZA-F. It crashed in Hemnefjord, Norway, on March 30th 1942 during an attack on the German battleship Tirpitz. His body was never found, and he is commemorated on the Runnymede Memorial.
