Frank Forman
Northumberland Fusiliers
19th July 1916, age 21.
Frank was born in Newcastle upon Tyne, the son of Samuel and Elizabeth of 79 Tamworth Road, Newcastle. He enlisted in Newcastle and served with ‘C’ Company of the 16th Battalion. He died at home from wounds received in action.
