Died through enemy action Feb 19th 1941
Aged 57 years
Colin Boyd states that his address was 6 Woolveleigh Terrace, Gosforth. He was born in Gateshead.
The cargo ship SS Fulham II was a collier supplying the London power stations which struck a mine in the North Sea off the coast of the Tyne on 19th February 1941 and was beached. She was later refloated and towed to Jarrow, Northumberland.
He is remembered at Westoe in W101.08 and on our List of Ships’ crews
