On the Helles Memorial, Turkey, is the name of Tyneside Z/1991 Able Seaman Thomas Henry Hindmarsh, serving with the Collingwood Battalion, Royal Navy Division, Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve, who died 04/06/1915.

Morpeth Herald 25/06/2015 carries a brief obituary:

Mr and Mrs Hindmarsh, Northumberland Avenue, Gosforth, have received word that their son, Seaman T.H. Hindmarsh, was killed in action near the Dardanelles. The deceased, who was 20 years of age, served in the Collingwood Battalion.

He is not remembered any memorial at Gosforth.
