In Sage War Cemetery, Germany, is the Commonwealth War Grave of 1205633 Sergeant Leslie James Hunter, serving with the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, who died 07/06/1942.

Sgt. Hunter was killed when Vickers Wellington 1c HF918 of 156 Sqn was lost on a mission to Emden. The cause and site of the crash have not been identified, but the Wellington’s crew of five all lost their lives.
