In Vendresse British Cemetery is the Commonwealth War Grave of Captain William Noel Jobson Moscrop, serving with the Durham Light Infantry who died 27/05/1918.

Moscrop William Noel Jobson, Captain, 5th Batt D.L.I. Born Darlington 1892. He was the son of Mr. J. Moscrop, of Ashcroft, Darlington.
