In Mindel Trench British Cemetery, St. Laurent-Blangy is the Commonwealth War Grave of 1947 Corporal Harvey Octavious Tully, serving with the King's Own (Royal Lancaster Regiment) who died 09/04/1917.

In Gateshead East Cemetery is a family headstone which reads:

who died February 26th 1917
in his 37th year.
Also our dear son
Bmdr. G.J. Tully R.G.A.
after manoeuvres, March 14th 1910
aged ?26 years.
Also of
Copl. Harvey Octavious Tully
beloved son of the above
1st Batt. King's Own Royal Lancasters
who was killed in action near
Blancy, France
on April 9th 1917 aged 22 years.
Also Hannah
beloved wife of the above
George Tully
died Oct. ?23rd 1940
aged 80 years.
Cpl. Douglas Tully
Son of Septimus & Annie
grandson of the above
killed in action Aug. 11th 1943
in his 22nd year
Interred at Lentini, Sicily
“Till the day break”.
