The Blaydon Courier 27/08/1921 carries an "In Memoriam" Notice which reads:

"In affectionate remembrance of my darling husband, Pte. Albert Randolph Wallace, who fell in action Aug. 25th 1918."

Albert Randolph Wallace is remembered at Hamsterley Colliery on H140.04
