Royal Victoria Infirmary
There is a brass plaque 12” x 8” which reads:

In grateful memory of
H. Brunton Angus F.R.C.S.
A beloved surgeon
to wounded soldiers and pensioners
who died on October 27th 1927.
Erected by the staff and patients
of the
Ministry of Pensions Hospital
Newcastle upon Tyne
October 1927.

There is a brass plate 12” x 9” which reads:

The Arthur Woodruff
Bridges Bed
“He lived to help others”
Year 1946.

This was formerly in the Fleming Children’s Hospital.
